When you land
On an iPhone
1. Settings › Mobile Service (or Cellular) › Travel › turn the line on.
2. Still in Travel: Turn on the switch called “Data roaming”, only for your eSIM. It costs nothing: it uses your eSIM.
3. Settings › Mobile Service › Mobile Data › choose Travel.
On Android
1. Settings › Connections › SIM manager › turn on Travel.
2. Settings › Connections › Mobile networks: Turn on the switch called “Data roaming”, only for your eSIM. It costs nothing: it uses your eSIM.
3. SIM manager › Mobile data › choose Travel.
On a Pixel: Settings › Network & internet › SIMs › Travel: turn it on, turn on “Roaming”, and choose it for mobile data.
On your usual number, leave “Data roaming” off, or your phone company may charge you.
